Over 15 years of experience in fitness, sport and performance coaching, helping clients build strength, improve conditioning, increase confidence and achieve sustainable results.
Coaching Built on Experience, Structure and Accountability
I have worked in the fitness and sport industry for over 15 years, building my experience as a personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, athlete and mentor. During that time, I have coached clients at different stages of their fitness journey, from complete beginners to athletes looking to improve performance.
My approach is practical and structured. I do not believe in generic plans, random workouts or short-term fixes. Every programme should have a clear purpose, whether the goal is fat loss, muscle building, improved fitness, sports performance, Hyrox preparation or simply feeling stronger and more capable in everyday life.
I use my background in personal training, strength & conditioning, football, running, bootcamp sessions and endurance events to build coaching programmes that are realistic, progressive and tailored to the individual.
My Coaching Background
My experience goes beyond the gym floor. I have taken part in physique competitions, completed a marathon, trained as a Hyrox athlete, played semi-professional football and worked as a football coach for multiple teams. This gives me a rounded understanding of strength, conditioning, endurance, movement, discipline and performance.
That experience matters because clients need more than exercise selection. They need coaching that considers ability, lifestyle, confidence, goals, recovery and long-term consistency.

Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach
Advanced training knowledge for improving strength, power, movement quality, athletic performance and physical resilience.
Indoor Cycling Instructor
Experienced in delivering structured indoor cycling sessions that support cardiovascular fitness, endurance and conditioning.
Boxercise Instructor
Qualified to deliver boxing-based fitness sessions that improve stamina, coordination, confidence and overall conditioning.
Bootcamp & Circuit Trainer
Experienced in delivering bootcamp and circuit-based sessions that combine strength, conditioning, teamwork and accountability.
Football Coach Experience
Worked as a fitness coach for multiple football teams, supporting athletic conditioning, movement, match readiness and performance.

Led a local running club, helping runners build consistency, improve confidence and develop better training habits.

Experience includes bodybuilding, Men’s Physique competition, marathon completion, Hyrox training and semi-professional football.
