I started playing football since I was 7 until 20 years of age. Didn’t quite work out how i planned which lead me into my fitness journey which was my next big passion. I worked at a couple of smaller gyms whilst undergoing my Level 2 gym instructors and then eventually onto my Level 3 Personal Training courses. I moved to Gymetc in Poulton le flyde in August 2016 and have been full-time personal trainer since. During that time I have competed in many mens physique and bodybuilding competition which was an amazing experience and has helped developed my skills even further to help with my clients sessions. And have continued my development with boxing courses and bootcamp training.

What To Expect
From Personal Training

During your PT session, you'll do a mixture of cardio and strength exercises, work on strength and endurance, and possibly flexibility or range of motion exercises too. Again, how your workouts are structured will depend on you, your goals, and your current fitness levels.
